📦 Information We Collect
Nexra is a tool app. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service.
- Server configuration data — OpenClaw server addresses and credentials you enter are stored locally on your device only.
- Service preferences — Your custom service parameters and settings are stored locally on your device.
- Usage data — We do not collect any analytics, crash reports, or behavioral tracking data.
🔗 Third-Party Services
Nexra connects to OpenClaw cloud servers that you configure. Any data transmitted between your device and your OpenClaw server is governed by the privacy policy of your OpenClaw service provider.
We do not have access to the content of your requests or responses to your OpenClaw server, and we do not store or log any such data.
🔐 Data Storage & Security
All configuration data (server addresses, API keys, credentials) is stored exclusively on your local device using iOS secure storage (Keychain). This data is never transmitted to our servers because we do not operate any backend servers.
- Data is encrypted at rest using iOS system-level encryption.
- Data is never shared with third parties by Nexra.
- Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
👶 Children's Privacy
Nexra is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
